In 2012, Adam relocated to San Francisco where he assisted the late Brian Barnes at the Myofascial Release Clinic of San Francisco.  During this time, he attended the San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork. His travels and studies culminated in 1600 hours of training upon graduating top of his class at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in New York. Adam maintains active massage licenses in the states of Arizona, Colorado, and New York. A member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Adam continues to deepen his study of bodywork in deep tissue, myofascial release and structural integration modalities. He has studied Myofascial Release with John F. Barnes and Anatomy Trains with Tom Myers.   Each bodywork session blends modalities from multiple disciplines of movement, yoga, mindfulness and manual therapy. Clients can expect a professional, integrative and holistic approach to addressing their needs.
